Very good location, good price and clean. Staff is nice and helpful. We left the hotel during the morning and about 30 min later we realized that we have forgotten a phone, unfortunately we had already left Jerusalem and there was no chance we could go back to the hotel since we were leaving the country that exact day. Hotel arranged a private transportation for our phone, and only charged an extra fair amount. We are beyond thankful and happy about how they dealt with the situation. Special thanks to the people working at the reception. I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a nice hotel, close to the old city and with great service.

The hotel was chosen for its location in order to attend a family celebration in Jerusalem. We knew there was no elevator and second floor was not a problem. Decent hanging space for a few nights stay. TV ,kettle , coffee & tea provided. Excellent shower unit and toiletries were provided . Staff very polite and gave us all details to access the hotel in the evening late and whom to phone if any problems. it was a one night stay and served its purpose. We ate breakfast out after our event.

Centrally loctaed near Jaffa Street, the Old Town and the Central Bus station, the hotel lies in a small back street. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed, a very decent bathroom and a small balcony. At night, there are some restaurants and bars in near distance, so it can be lively - but that's more of a plus. The hotline and also the personnel on spot were very kind - although I checked in much too late. Great WiFi!

This hotel is superbly located in a small street off the lively Jaffa Street which is full of shops and eating places and a few minutes walk from the tram line that connects to the Central Station. It is also just down the street from the shuttle minibus service going to Tel Aviv. It is also only 10 minutes walk from the Old City and all its wonders. Rooms are not large but adequate and we had a nice balcony.

Stuart

I liked the ease of the location with the ability of entering during the morning and afternoon in the event of the heavy downpour of rain in Jerusalem. I enjoyed the use of the kettle and the fridge and I also enjoyed the walk down to the Eyal Hotel for the well presented and deliciously prepared Breakfast Buffet
